Сессия кабинета с usage:read или limits:read. Скользящие окна охватывают REST, MCP и тестовую среду.
Доступ
Требуется bearer-авторизация. Описание операции задаёт дополнительные права, роли и ограничения для сессий кабинета. Сам по себе API-ключ их не предоставляет.
