AI resources
Give your assistant the right documentation, current chemistry instructions and a working connection.
CyberRXN provides both documentation an assistant can read and chemistry tools it can call. Choose the resource that matches your task: understanding an integration, finding recorded evidence, or building an agent workflow.
Choose your starting point
| Your task | Resource | What it provides |
|---|---|---|
| Ask a question about the API or SDK | Documentation for LLMs | A documentation index, full text and Markdown for individual pages |
| Search reactions from ChatGPT or Claude | Connect with MCP | A remote connection authenticated to your CyberRXN workspace |
| Teach an agent how to handle chemistry evidence | Reaction evidence skill | Current instructions, version, digest and the live action catalog |
| Implement tool selection and execution | MCP tools and actions | Named tools, stable dispatchers and verification steps |
| Design a bounded evidence workflow | Agent pipeline | Routing, evaluation and the distinctions to preserve in answers |
| Inspect exact REST fields | API reference | Request and response contracts generated from OpenAPI |
Read documentation in your assistant
Use Copy Markdown on any documentation page, or choose Open → View as Markdown for its plain-text version. The same menu offers supported assistants a link to that page. A link alone does not authenticate a tool connection or execute a chemistry request.
For automatic discovery, start with llms.txt. Use llms-full.txt when your client needs the complete documentation in one resource. The OpenAPI schema describes the REST interface.
Connect the chemistry service
https://mcp.cyberrxn.com/mcpConnect this URL through a host that supports remote MCP, sign in with OAuth and select the intended CyberRXN workspace. Follow the separate ChatGPT and Claude instructions for provider setup and a connection test.
Once connected, the agent reads get_reaction_skill before chemistry work. It then selects an exposed tool or a supported action from the returned catalog. Reading the guide is free; successful chemistry operations use the workspace allowance.
Verify the result
For a reported preparation, inspect the actual tool activity: a guide read, a small search and a request for the selected full observation. The final answer should distinguish source-reported conditions, missing values and any model interpretation. For a supplied equation, look for validation or balancing activity.
The skill guide explains freshness and evidence handling. Usage and billing explains which operations consume calls.
