Common setup, chemistry and usage questions.
The connector did not run
Confirm it is connected to the right workspace and enabled in the conversation. Open a fresh chat after initial tool discovery. Check provider approval settings and actual activity. A general chemistry explanation may reasonably need no external evidence. For a concrete evidence or computation request, ask for source observations or an actual machine check. The guide improves routing but does not force model behavior.
A tool is missing
Read the current guide/catalog. A frozen host may need an initial tool refresh to discover stable entry points. Once available, use the documented action through its correct read/write dispatcher. Do not invent an action or send writes through a read-only tool.
The equation is valid but the answer says “not proven”
Validation tests a set of rules and conservation. It does not establish an experiment, yield, solvent, feasibility or reliability of an external source. Inspect the source and model flags independently.
I cannot get a structure from H₂O or an InChIKey
Readable formulae and hashes are projections. A general formula does not identify an isomer, and the converter is not an external structure resolver. Supply a supported explicit structure representation.
Why did I receive no contribution reward?
The response's rewards is authoritative. Duplicates, identity reactions, imputed/unverified data, novelty checks and daily anti-abuse bounds can prevent automatic rewards. Additional10 calls require source/license/quality approval and fresh chemical checks. A pending submission is not accepted.
The limit reset but a request is still blocked
Policies are cumulative. Check workspace allowance, a key's other periods, member/client limits, expiry and current permissions. A custom period can be inactive before or after its interval. Read the returned error code and exact reset time.
How can a program read the documentation?
Send a descriptive application User-Agent, for example CyberRXNDocsClient/0.1 (+https://docs.cyberrxn.com). Cloudflare can reject a library’s default User-Agent with HTTP 403 / error 1010. Identifying your application works with ordinary Python urllib:
