GET /v1/skills/reaction-evidence
Non-billable authenticated read. Returns canonical Markdown, version/digest and the bounded live action catalog used by stable read/write MCP dispatchers. If engine discovery is unavailable, the guide and hosted actions remain available with an explicit catalog_error; absence is not hidden. MCP also exposes the guide at cyberrxn://skills/reaction-evidence and through get_reaction_skill. Public Markdown is available without authentication at /skills/reaction-evidence.md. Clients may cache their connected tool definitions; the centrally updated guide/catalog plus stable dispatchers avoid requiring new client tool schemas for supported future actions.
Authorization
This operation requires a bearer credential. The description defines additional role, scope or first-party-session restrictions; an API key does not grant those permissions by itself.
